At very low-price subjects, we ask for a fee of 75%.

Low-price subjects are free of charge for the offers.

If the subject is very expensive we recommend that he who offers pays at least part of the fee.

Our system is very simple: once you pay a unique fee of CHF 30.- (for a short time CHF 20.-), you will be supplied from us with all details of those who are interested and the subjects which might fit you.

For buying a property, a unique fee of CHF 100.-.

Validity 6 months.
